So very precious.
Last Sunday, I had the pleasure of photographing this little sweetheart. Beautiful red hair, baby blue eyes and a happy soul. Infectious smiles that lift your heart. A prized jewel.
Sweet, sweet Aubrey.
.
She was diagnosed with Spinal Muscle Atrophy, type 1. The motor neurons in her little body are not getting enough protein to stay alive and working. The lack of protein causes the motor neurons to die and muscles no longer function. This genetic disorder is the number one life threatening disease that claims the lives of children under 2.
Aubrey is strong. A true fighter.
Our photo session was great. Most comfortable and safe for Aubrey is lying on her back. She did wonderful. What an angel. And her expressions made my heart sing.
.
Perhaps a medical breakthrough in 2008. Fingers crossed.

Thank you for the opportunity to photograph your sweet Aubrey {and big sis Avery}. Lots of great capture on the way for you:)

Love that first image... Aubrey is beautiful. :)
Aubrey is such a beautiful child. She was given to her parents & big sister from God and they are doing a fantastic job with her! Her Grandparents are so very proud of her! That smile of hers can melt any heart I know!

I have never seen a child express her joy and happiness so clearly, with no words at all. And wow, who wouldn't love to have that beautiful red hair!
She is simply stunning. What a beautiful little fighter.
These are incredible! What a beauty!
